Things to do after Botox treatment

• Do not massage, press, or do anything that will affect the treated area, such as wearing a hat, wearing a helmet, or massaging your face.
• Do not lie down or bend your head for 4 hours.
• Refrain from being in hot places such as saunas or cooking in front of hot stoves for 4 hours.
• The raised marks from the injection will disappear within 2-3 hours.
• Refrain from strenuous exercise or practicing yoga for 4 hours after treatment
• Refrain from applying medicine or cosmetics that cause irritation such as vitamin A, AHA, and vitamin C for 24 hours after treatment.
• Try to move the muscle at the injection site for 1-2 hours to allow the medicine to spread more into the muscle.
• Ice packs can be used in cases of swelling, redness, or bruising.
• Cosmetics can be applied after treatment with gentle application. Avoid rubbing.
• Patients will begin to see results in 2-7 days and will see maximum results in 2 weeks.
