Preparation Before Service - Health Examination Recommendations

• Abstain from all food and beverages for 8-12 hours (except for small sips of water)
• Abstain from alcohol for 24 hours
• Get adequate sleep, at least 6 hours

• (If any) Information about any underlying medical conditions should be provided prior to service.
• Pregnant or suspected pregnant women should inform the staff before the examination.
