Preparation Before Service - Health Checkup Recommendations

• Abstain from alcohol for 24 hours
• Get adequate sleep (at least 6-8 hours)
• (If any) Other health history (bring test results)
• (If any) Information about any underlying medical conditions should be provided prior to service.
• Pregnant or suspected pregnant women: inform the staff prior to the examination.
• Menstruating women Avoid urine tests and cervical cancer screenings. The test should be performed at least 7 days after the end of your period.
• Wear easily removable clothing that allows for easy blood sampling at the crook of your arm.
