Preparation before receiving the service - Recommendations for health check-up

Do not eat or drink for at least 6-8 hours before receiving the service.
If you need a urine test, it is recommended to hold your urine for about 4 hours before seeing the doctor.
Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours.
Get enough sleep, at least 6 hours.
In the case of women who need an internal examination, do not douche before seeing the doctor. If you have a period, wait until your period ends.
