Preparation Before Service - Health Screening Instructions

• No Fasting Required
• Abstain from alcohol for 24 hours.
• Get adequate sleep, at least 6 hours.
• (If applicable) Bring any other medical history and test results.
• (If applicable) Information about any underlying medical conditions should be provided prior to the service.
• Pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant should inform the staff prior to the examination.
