Preparation before receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

• Remove all accessories and jewelry, including dentures, hearing aids, contact lenses, and all jewelry (rings, necklaces, earrings, etc.).
• Get enough rest so that your body is ready to receive the treatment effectively.
• Avoid certain types of beverages. Do not drink alcoholic beverages or carbonated drinks before receiving the service.
• Do not receive the service if you are sick. Please check your health to make sure that you do not have a fever, a cold, or severe allergies before receiving the service.
• If you forget to take your regular medication, please inform your doctor or staff immediately for safety in receiving the service.

Aftercare

• Avoid flying for at least 8 hours after receiving the service.
• If you feel tinnitus, sip water to relieve the symptoms.
